About the event
Larry Karaszewski and his motion picture writing/directing/producing partner Scott Alexander are best known for writing unusual true stories such as “Ed Wood” “The People vs Larry Flynt” “Man on the Moon” “Auto Focus” “Big Eyes” “Dolemite is My Name” and the hit television show “The People v O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”. The team has won Emmys, Golden Globes, Producers, and Writers Guild Awards. Scott and Larry have also received lifetime achievement awards from Final Draft, critics Roger Ebert and Leonard Maltin. Larry is a former Vice President of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and an active cineaste presenting film events for the American Cinematheque in Los Angeles.
